# How do I invite someone to my Faaaster account?

From the **Account** menu, open **Team** and click **Invite members**. The invited person receives an email and joins your organization with the role you assign them.

> **There are two invitation levels**: at the **organization** level (access to the whole account) and at the **site** level (access to that project only, via the site's **Team** tab).

## Invite at the organization level

1. In the left menu, **Account** section, click **Team**.
2. Click **Invite members**.
3. In the **Add a collaborator** window, enter the **E-mail**, choose the **Role** and, if you wish, adjust **Your message :**.
4. Click **Submit**: the person receives an invitation by email.

## Available roles

Three roles are offered when inviting: **Admin**, **Member** and **Viewer**. The **Owner** role can't be assigned: it belongs to the account holder.

Only the **Owner** and **Admins** can invite or revoke a collaborator.

| | Viewer | Member | Admin | Owner |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| View the site, its metrics and its logs | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Clear the cache, restart PHP / Nginx or the server | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Access credentials (database, SSH / SFTP, WordPress) | ❌ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Change the server configuration (PHP, cron, cache) | ❌ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Edit a domain's DNS | ❌ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Enable security protections | ❌ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Use the AI development agent | ❌ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Invite and revoke collaborators | ❌ | ❌ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Delete the site, cancel its subscription, buy a domain | ❌ | ❌ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Hold the subscription | ❌ | ❌ | ❌ | ✅ |

A paid development session, which uses the organization's credits, remains reserved for the Owner and Admins.

> **The Viewer looks without changing anything.** They can only clear the cache and restart the site, which are risk-free actions. The restriction is enforced on the server side, not just hidden in the interface: even by bypassing the screen, their attempts to make changes are refused.

This is the role to give a client who wants to keep an eye on their site, or a contractor in an observation phase.

## Invite to a single site

Open the site in question, then its **Team** tab, and use the same **Invite members** button. Access is then limited to that site.

Even with the **Admin** role, a person invited to a single site can't delete or archive the project, or manage its subscription, its purchases or its transfer: these actions remain reserved for the organization's owner and admins.
