# How do I access the WordPress admin of my Faaaster site?

The **WP Dashboard** button, in the banner at the top of the site screen, opens the WordPress admin and signs you in automatically. No WordPress credentials to enter.

> **You don't need to know the WordPress password.** The sign-in is handled from your Faaaster session.

## Logging in

1. Open the site from your **Projects**.
2. In the banner at the top, click **WP Dashboard**.

The WordPress admin opens in a new tab, already signed in.

## Which WordPress account?

**You choose.** If the site has several WordPress administrators, a **"Select an account"** screen appears before you go in: each administrator is listed with their username and avatar. You click, and the admin opens under that identity.

If there is only one administrator, this step is skipped — you land directly in WordPress.

> **It's useful beyond convenience.** The actions you take in WordPress will be attributed to the chosen account: revision history, content author, plugin logs. Choosing the right account keeps a clear audit trail.

## Faaaster role and WordPress role

The two are independent. Your Faaaster role determines **who can click the button**: the Owner, an Admin or a Member, never a Viewer. It does not decide what the person can do once inside WordPress. The rights inside the site are those of the selected WordPress account.

> **To give someone limited access**, create a WordPress account for them with the appropriate role — Editor, Author — from the site's admin. The **WP Dashboard** button, for its part, always leads to an administrator account.
