# Which payment methods does Faaaster accept?

Payment is made by **card**. You save it from **Settings** in the **Account** menu, **Payment method** section, using the **Add payment method** button.

## How it works

Card details are entered on **our payment provider's secure page**: your bank details never pass through Faaaster.

> **Support will never ask you for your card number.** Not by email, not by chat. Any such request is a fraud attempt.

Once saved, the card is shown with its type, masked number and expiration date. It's the card that pays for your hosting subscriptions, your domain names and your Email services.

## Keeping your card up to date

> ⚠️ **An expired card will eventually get your sites paused.** The charge fails, the invoice becomes unpaid, the site is stopped. Faaaster alerts you ahead of time, but the safest habit is still to update your card as soon as you renew it.

## What about bank transfer?

Payment by **bank transfer** exists, but it's reserved for customers on a **custom plan** or handling **very large volumes**. It can't be requested from the interface: contact support to find out whether your situation qualifies.

> **For all other cases, the card is the only option.** It's also the safest for your sites: automatic renewal by card avoids the unpaid invoice that pauses a site or causes you to lose a domain name.
