What can the AI assistant do on my Faaaster sites?

The AI assistant can clear the cache, restore a backup, change a domain's DNS, update WordPress and its plugins, and troubleshoot a site directly. It does nothing without your approval: each action is proposed to you, and only goes ahead once you've approved it.

Nothing runs without your approval

The assistant proposes, you approve, it executes. An action appears in the conversation, you click Approve, and its progress is shown: "Action submitted — running…", then "Action executed".

This is the key point: the assistant never changes your site on its own initiative. Until you've approved, nothing goes ahead.

What it can do

Every change goes through your approval:

Action

What it does

Clear cache

Purges the site's WordPress cache and server cache.

Restore a backup

From the backups it has identified as restorable.

Change a domain's DNS

Applies a set of records, after a safety snapshot.

Restore a DNS snapshot

Reverts to the previous DNS state.

On top of these come supervised WordPress actions — updates to WordPress, plugins and themes, installing or activating a plugin, and a catalog of operations classified as safe — and site configuration changes (PHP settings, cache, security rules), approved the same way.

When these actions aren't enough — a PHP error, a conflict between plugins, a page broken after an update — the assistant can offer troubleshooting directly on the site: with your approval, it examines and fixes the affected files itself, after taking a restorable backup.

It can also prepare a payment link to settle the organization's outstanding balance: nothing is charged until you pay.

When it can't resolve your request, it offers you a Forward your request to the team card: you review your message, add to it if needed, then click Send to the team. The team also sees what the assistant has already checked, and the conversation continues in the support window.

To act on WordPress, the assistant has to use an identity. It shows you the numbered list of the site's administrators and asks you to choose one. Reads, on the other hand, never go through this step.
