  • How do I give someone access to my Faaaster site?
There are two levels of access. From a site's Team tab, Invite members gives access to that site only. From the Account → Team menu, the same action gives access to the whole organization.Few readers
  • What roles can you assign to a collaborator on Faaaster?
Three roles are offered when you invite someone: Admin, Member and Viewer. The Owner role can't be assigned — it belongs to the holder of the account or the site.Few readers
  • How do I collect my client's feedback on a Faaaster site?
The site's Tasks tab lets you track feedback as a Kanban board or a List, and create tasks with New task. Tasks can also be created directly from the site's pages, as visual annotations.Few readers
  • How do I transfer a Faaaster site to my client?
From the site's Subscription tab, the Transfer ownership section sends an invitation to the recipient. Once the transfer is complete, the subscription goes to them and you stay on the site with the Member role.Few readers
