  • How do I find a site in my Faaaster account?
The Projects list, the first item in the left-hand menu, brings together all your sites. It offers a search, status filters, a tag filter, a choice of columns and six different sort orders.Few readers
  • What do site statuses mean on Faaaster?
A site's status is shown in the header bar at the top of its screen, next to its name. It tells you whether the site is being served to visitors, being prepared, paused or in error.Few readers
  • How do I act on several Faaaster sites at once?
The Projects list brings together all your sites, but offers no bulk actions: each site is managed individually there. To act on several sites at once, use Central, which manages the plugins of all your sites.Few readers
  • How do I organize my sites with tags on Faaaster?
Tags let you classify your sites so you can find them faster in the Projects list.Few readers
  • What is Central on Faaaster?
Central brings together the plugins of all your sites in a single list, and lets you activate, deactivate or update them on several sites at once. You can open it from the left-hand menu, in the Organization section.Few readers
  • How do I reuse a Faaaster site as a template?
A site can serve as a blueprint — a template from which to create the next ones, already configured. When you create a site, the creation flow starts from a blueprint: "Empty WordPress Site" by default. The Change template button only appears if your organization has its own blueprints; otherwise, start from an existing site with cloning.Few readers
  • How do I duplicate a site on Faaaster?
From the site's Tools tab, in the Backup & migration section, the Clone row duplicates the site to start a new project. Click Clone to start the operation.Few readers
  • Can I rename my site on Faaaster?
No. A site's name is set when it's created and can't be changed afterward. No screen in the interface allows it, and the API that exposes a site is read-only on this point.Few readers
  • How do I archive or delete a site on Faaaster?
Archiving is done from the site's Tools tab, in the Danger zone, with the Archive website button. The archive lets you reactivate the site later.Few readers
  • How do I reactivate a paused or archived Faaaster site?
Three situations take a site offline, and they aren't reactivated the same way: a pause due to inactivity, an archive, or a suspension for non-payment.Few readers
  • How do I start over on a Faaaster site?
There's no "reset" button in the Faaaster interface. To start again from a blank WordPress, you create a new site and archive the old one.Few readers
