How do I find a site in my Faaaster account?

The Projects list, the first item in the left-hand menu, brings together all your sites. It offers a search, status filters, a tag filter, a choice of columns and six different sort orders.

Contents

Search for a site

A Search field filters the list as you type, by the site's name or address.

Quick search at the top right, also available from the keyboard with ⌘K, searches across your whole account — not just projects.

The Projects list, with its toolbar and the New site button.

Filter by status

Filters above the list show only certain sites. Each one shows its number of sites, and only the filters that apply to at least one site appear:

  • Active — the default filter;
  • Paused;
  • Blueprints;
  • Errors — sites that are started but not responding.

The Active filter hides archived sites and sites still being created. Archived sites are kept in the Trash, a separate button that only appears if you have any: each site is listed there with its Deleted on date and a Restore button.

Filter by tag

A Tags selector in the toolbar narrows the list to the sites that have the chosen tags. It only appears if at least one of your sites has a tag.

Sort the list

Six sort orders are available:

  • Order by creation date (default sort)
  • Order by reponse time
  • Order by availability
  • Order by number of updates
  • Order by disk space
  • Order by php version

Sorting by number of updates or by PHP version is the quickest way to spot, across several dozen sites, the ones that need attention.

Choose the displayed columns

In list view, the Columns selector in the toolbar lets you show or hide:

Status, Availability, TTFB, PageSpeed, Vulnerabilities, WordPress, PHP, Updates, Plan, Created (the creation date) and Tags.

Four of them are hidden by default: Status — redundant with the colored dot in front of the site's name —, Created, Plan and Tags.

Your column selection is kept from one visit to the next.

Grid view or list view

The list is displayed as a grid (cards) or as a list (table). Your choice is saved in your preferences and restored the next time you log in. The columns described above only apply to list view.
